Why Veridyne

Grounded in how work actually happens

We spend time with your team before offering any opinion. The result is advice that fits your context — not a template applied from a distance.

Observation before opinion

We look at what is genuinely happening in your workflows before drawing any conclusions or recommendations.

People-centred approach

The people doing the work know it best. We build recommendations from what your team tells us, not just from documents.

Clear, reusable outputs

Every engagement ends with something tangible — a map, a report or a set of templates — that stays useful after we leave.

Low-disruption by design

Improvements are sized to fit your existing bandwidth. We work around your schedule, not the other way around.

Knowledge stays with you

We hand over skills and frameworks to your team throughout the engagement, so capability builds internally over time.

Malaysia-contextual advice

We work with businesses across the Klang Valley and understand the practical realities of local team structures and operating environments.

Questions

Things people often ask

What size of business does Veridyne typically work with?
Most of our engagements are with small and mid-sized businesses — teams of around 10 to 150 people. That said, the work is adaptable. If you are unsure whether your organisation is a good fit, a short call is the fastest way to find out.
How long does a typical engagement take?
The Process Mapping Workshop runs over roughly two weeks. The Operational Review takes four to six weeks across up to four processes. The Continuous Improvement Programme is three to four months. Timelines are discussed and agreed before any work begins.
Will this require significant time from our team?
We keep involvement to what is genuinely necessary. For the workshop, we typically need two to three sessions with a small group of relevant people. For larger engagements, we spread the time across the project so no single week feels heavy.
What do we receive at the end of the engagement?
Every engagement produces tangible deliverables — a process map, a findings note, a priority report or a full handover pack depending on which service you choose. These are yours to keep and build on.
Are the prices fixed or can they be adjusted?
The listed prices reflect standard scope for each service. If your situation is slightly different — fewer processes, a condensed timeline, or a different scope — we are happy to discuss what makes sense before any agreement.
How is our internal information kept confidential?
We handle all client information with discretion. Before any engagement begins, we sign a mutual confidentiality agreement. Details shared with us during the work are not discussed outside the project.
